An Event Organizer's Best Friend

A complete, all-in-one home for everyone at the field.

For umpiresKnow your games before you get to the field.
  • Organizers add umpires by name with the days they are available, and the schedule assigns them
  • Never two games at once, with a break when the roster allows it
  • Each umpire sees their own duty list
  • If teams umpire, every playoff game gets an umpire team automatically, never a team whose own game could be on
  • Assignments update on their own as scores come in, and organizers can change any of them by hand
  • One tap to the event's rules from every match
  • An Umpire role on your profile and player card
Built for a phone, at the fieldRead it in a hurry between games.
  • Designed phone first: no pinching, no zooming, no app to download
  • One link instead of a photo of a bracket in a group chat
  • We never touch registration or prize money

Who I am

I'm Brandon Darby, MLG Anakin, from Vancouver, BC. I created and ran the Axie Infinity World Championships at AxieCon 2022 in Barcelona, with $1 million USD in prize pools. Format, schedule, qualification process, prize pool breakdowns, rules and on-site operations: all of it.

The biggest thing I took from running world championship events is that whether an event runs smooth or hectic comes down to the prep. When the schedule, the rules and the tools are right before day one, the day runs itself. Esports Authority is everything I wish I'd had, built for the people who run tournaments and leagues every weekend.

“Brandon was instrumental to the execution of the esports operations at AxieCon 2022 in Barcelona. He designed a complex system of qualifiers that allowed us to run a robust and dynamic tournament with an exciting LAN finals. He has skills as a tournament designer, administrator, and project manager.”
