Questions
Can it schedule a tournament across several fields and days?
Yes. Set the number of fields and the hours for each day, and every game is given a field and a time. A Free account covers 4 fields and 15 days; Max covers 32 fields.
I already have a schedule. Can I use it?
Yes. Send your spreadsheet, PDF or even a photo of last year's schedule through the Contact Us page and the event is set up on your account for free.
What if my games do not fit in the day?
The Does It Fit panel shows how many game slots you have against how many you need, lists any game that has no slot, and offers one button that makes the smallest changes to make it fit.
Is it free?
It is free to start. A Free account runs 1 event at a time with up to 16 teams, 4 fields and 15 days, with schedules, brackets, live scores and an event page. Pro and Max raise those limits and remove ads, and can be bought for a single weekend.
Do teams and players need an app or an account?
No. The event is one link that opens in the browser on any phone or PC. Anyone can look at the schedule, bracket and standings without signing in.
Does the site collect entry fees or pay out prize money?
No. Organizers collect entry fees and pay prizes their own way. The site can show the fee and the prize pool on the event page, but the money never goes through it.
