A Saturday baseball tournament schedule on two fields with 7 inning games and final scores

What you get

  • 01

    Time slots that suit baseball

Games start at two hours and 7 innings, with a separate length for the playoffs if you want one. Before you publish, it tells you whether every game fits your fields and days.

  • 02

    Pool play into a bracket

Round robin pools first, then single or double elimination seeded from the standings. Or skip pools and play a bracket from the first pitch.

  • 03

Standings with runs scored and allowed

Points for a win, a tie and a loss, capped run differential and the tiebreaker order you choose, on every team's phone.

  • 04

    Umpires on every game

Assign your umpires game by game, and each game shows who is covering it.

  • 05

    Your rules in one place

Innings, time limits, wood bats only or metal allowed, courtesy runners for the pitcher and catcher, and anything else you write.

  • 06

    One link for every team

Coaches and parents type the team name and see only that team's games, scores and next field. Nothing to download.

How it works

  1. 1

    Add teams and fields

Type the teams in, or let coaches register on the event page.
  2. 2

    Set innings and game length

Pool play and playoff innings, how long a game is booked for, and your first and last game each day.
  3. 3

    Share one link

Enter scores as games end, and the standings and bracket move for everyone.

Youth and travel baseball weekends

Most baseball tournament weekends are run by a volunteer with a clipboard and a group chat. These are the parts that take that job off their hands.

  • 01

    Age groups

Set the age group on the event so families find the right one, and run separate events for each age group on the same weekend.

  • 02

Parents follow along without an account

The schedule, bracket and standings open on any phone with no sign-in.

  • 03

    Rain delays and field swaps

Move a game to a new time or field and every team sees the change on the same link.

  • 04

    Pitching rules in writing

Put your pitch count and rest rules on the event's rules page so every coach reads the same thing.

Questions

Can I run a baseball tournament on more than one field?

Yes. Fields run side by side in the schedule. A Free account covers 4 fields, Pro 8 and Max 32.

How long should a baseball tournament game slot be?

Many tournaments book 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours for a 7 inning game, often with a time limit so the next game starts on time. The creator starts at 2 hours, and pool play and playoff games can have different lengths.

Does it count pitches?

No. Write your pitch count or innings limits on the event's rules page so every coach sees them.

How is a baseball event different from a softball one here?

They share the same scheduler, brackets and standings. A baseball event starts with baseball settings: longer games, umpires provided by the organizer, wood bat and courtesy runner rules, and none of the softball-only settings like home run caps or co-ed ratios.

Is it free?

It is free to start. A Free account runs 1 event at a time with up to 16 teams, 4 fields or rinks and 15 days, with schedules, brackets, live scores and an event page. Pro and Max raise those limits and remove ads, and can be bought for a single weekend.

Do teams and players need an app or an account?

No. The event is one link that opens in the browser on any phone or PC. Anyone can look at the schedule, bracket and standings without signing in.

Does the site collect entry fees or pay out prize money?

No. Organizers collect entry fees and pay prizes their own way. The site can show the fee and the prize pool on the event page, but the money never goes through it.
